Where are you located?
We are located at 8480 Tyco Road, Suite A in Tyco Park. Tyco Park shares a parking lot with Tesla Auto. Only one of the six buildings in Tyco Park faces Tyco Road. That building has an animal hospital at the end of it.
We are in the building behind the animal hospital. That building has businesses on both sides, front and back. If you see Shiraz Market, or Bray and Scarf Appliances, we are in the same building but around the back of the building.
What is the process for a service repair on my mobility device?
Call and schedule a time to come by the shop or schedule a service call for someone to come to you. This will alllow us to diagnose the needed repair and give you a price estimate for the repair work. We usually can get parts within one week and complete the repair soon after.
How often should I charge my mobility scooter/power wheelchair?
We recommend charging it every night.
*Note: Do not leave plugged in or left uncharged for long periods of time.
What are the yellow levers for on my scooter/power wheelchair?
The yellow levers lock (put in drive) and unlock the wheels (put in neutral).
*Note: The device will not work when it is in neutral.
What is the process for renting a mobility device?
Call and schedule for a rental. You can arrange to pick it up or have it delivered for an additional fee.
What should I do when my mobility scooter continually beeps when I turn it on?
Check to see if your device is in neutral (unlocked).
